Hotel contingents and room reservations

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Stuttgart Convention Bureau! They found a perfectly suited hotel for our event with around 60 participants – centrally located and tailored precisely to our needs. We would particularly like to emphasize the uncomplicated, prompt, and extremely helpful communication throughout the entire preparation phase. The support surrounding our visit to the beer festival was also excellently organized. We greatly appreciated the proactive assistance in obtaining public transport tickets and the smooth coordination of all the details. Special thanks go to Bernadette Wilke, with whom we were always professional, friendly, and efficient. A truly positive experience all around – we warmly recommend the Stuttgart Convention Bureau!
